Our company was founded in 1903 by J. W. Grönlund in Kåge, near Skellefteå in Northern Sweden, and is now owned by brothers Anders and Jan-Olof Grönlund. Catarina Grönlund, the daughter of Jan-Olof, works as managing director and designer.
We are 19 employees with competence in all aspects of organ building - woodworkers with long experience in fine cabinetry and carving - pipe makers with unique experience and skill - three educated, experienced voicers.

During our many years of production, we have had the opportunity to build and renovate organs of a variety of sizes and styles - concert instruments, continuo organs, restoration as well as construction of 17th century organ replicas.
Following the construction of the Philharmonic Concert Hall organ in Stockholm, the Grönlund brothers were awarded The Royal Medallion. Anders Grönlund has been appointed Honorary Doctor at the Luleå Technical University.
